We offer flexible workspace options—including full-time, dedicated part-time, and hourly office rentals—at a prestigious 5th Avenue address. The Honeybee Plan ($149/month) and the BumbleBee plan (19/month) provide access to hourly offices and include a listing in the Hive Directory. The Honeybee also includes a virtual office with mail forwarding.

We have two membership plans exclusively for therapists who do not need access to an office. The Carpenter Bee Membership ($99/month) is best for fully remote or telehealth-only practitioners. It provides a HIPAA compliant professional 5th Avenue, New York City business address, monthly mail forwarding, and a listing in The Hive directory. The Hive ($29/mo) is a professional directory designed by a therapist to help other therapists grow their practice and connect with colleagues. Your public-facing profile is available to potential clients and you have access to a therapist-only Discussion Board for networking and cross referrals.

Yes! The Honeybee Membership plan is compliant with DEA and state registration requirements. The plan includes access to hourly offices, a virtual office address (with monthly HIPAA-compliant mail forwarding) and a profile listing on The Hive directory.

Yes. When you become a virtual member through the Carpenter Bee Plan ($99/month) or Honeybee Plan ($149/month) you can use the TherapyHive 5th Avenue address in New York City as your professional address.

Yes. Hourly offices are available exclusively to Bumblebee and Honeybee members. Membership ensures verified professionals use the space, ensuring privacy and professionalism in the suite. The Bumblebee Plan (19/mo) and Honeybee Plan ($149/mo) both give you access to booking our hourly offices. The Honeybee Plan includes a virtual membership plus membership to The Hive. The Bumblebee Plan includes membership to The Hive.

Each booking requires a minimum of 2 hours. You can book sessions anytime between 7am and 9pm Monday-Friday. Saturday booking time is  8am-5:30pm. Sunday is not available for hourly office time. You can book up to two months in advance.

If you are a Bumblebee (19/month) or Honeybee ($149/month) member, you can book an office up to 60 minutes before your start time. If you do not have an active membership plan, you will need to create an account, enter your license info and then book an office. You can book an office up to 2 months in advance.

The Bumblebee (19/month) and Honeybee ($149/month) plans include access to private therapy offices for hourly rentals.

It does not. The Hive Membership provides a public-facing listing in the directory  and Discussion Forum for therapists but no access to offices. If you would like to book an office, you can change your plan to Bumblebee Plan ($49) that includes The Hive and gives you access to hourly office bookings.

No problem! To send a cancellation request, log in to your account, go to “plans” and “cancel plan”. This will send your request for approval. Cancellation requires a 30-day notice to process.

If you cancel before 48 hours you will receive a credit to use toward future bookings that is good for six months.

If you cancel within 48 hours you will not receive a refund.

We have a 30 day cancellation period starting from the 1st of the month. This means if you cancel on the 20th of the month, you will still be billed on the 1st of the month.

We have windowed and interior offices available. Nobody has had trouble with their booking so we have enough to meet the demand. Windowed offices book more quickly. A week out is usually good – but this all depends on the demand which varies.

You can book an office now and use it in 30 minutes from now. Again, availability depends on demand but it’s working for many.

Your membership includes a public-facing personal profile on The Hive directory where potential clients can find you and access to the therapist-only Discussion Forum. Search Therapist-to-therapist services to find your own support and an opportunity to list your services to other therapists and clients.

Yes, you have complete control which office you are booking and there is a photo and a description as well.

All four plans—The Hive, Bumblebee, Carpenter Bee, and Honeybee—include a listing in The Hive directory and access to the Discussion Board. If you have a part-time or full-time office in the TherapyHive Suite, it includes a listing on The Hive.
