How do I cancel my TherapyHive membership?

To cancel, log in to your account, go to Plans and select Cancel Plan. This sends a cancellation request for approval. A 30-day notice is required to process the cancellation.

What is the cancellation policy for a booked hourly office?

If you cancel before 48 hours you will receive a credit toward future bookings valid for six months. If you cancel within 48 hours no refund will be issued.

Do I have to be a member on an ongoing basis? What is the exact commitment?

TherapyHive has a 30-day cancellation period starting from the 1st of the month. If you cancel on the 20th of the month, you will still be billed on the 1st of the following month.

How many hourly offices are available and is it easy to find a room within a week?

TherapyHive has both windowed and interior offices available for hourly use. Booking a week in advance is generally not a problem, though windowed offices book more quickly. Availability varies depending on demand.
