How do I book an office at TherapyHive?
Go to the website and click on the "On-demand" page.
Click on the "Book now" button.
You will be taken to a booking calendar with available offices and days.
Choose the day you want to rent and follow the prompts to book.
How often can I book an office?
Offices can be booked as often as needed and there is availability. They can be booked as often as needed, as long as there is availability. Bookings can be made up to 2 months in advance, but this is subject to availability. It is recommended to book as early as possible to ensure that you get the office you want.
Do I have to be a member to book an office?
Membership is not required for bookings. On-demand is available to both members and non-members.
What are the hours of the office use? What are the building hour
Bookings are limited to 14 hours. The building is open from 7 am to 10 pm on weekdays and from 8 am to 6 pm on weekends.
What is the cancellation policy?
We have extended our booking window to 2 months in advance. Due to this, our cancellation policy is now as follows:
Full refund if canceled 14 days or more before the booking date.
No refund if canceled less than 14 days before the booking date.
Last-minute cancellations are possible. This does not give us time to rebook the room if you cancel at the last minute. And in this case, a refund would not be possible. We recommend booking a room if you are sure to use it or able to cancel more than 14 days before your booking.
How do I cancel?
Please email us with your cancellation request and we will cancel your booking. We also have the ability to assist you with rebooking for another day. Please see the cancellation policy above.
