Hello, I’m Dr. Yeganeh “Anna” Jalaeian, DNP.

I am a dual-certified Psychiatric and Family Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC, FNP-BC), an Addiction Medicine specialist (CARN-AP), and a Certified Autism Specialist (CAS) with 18 years of healthcare experience, including more than a decade in psychiatry, family medicine, and urgent care. I also hold a master’s degree in toxicology, which strengthens my ability to fine-tune and individualize medication plans with precision.

I specialize in working with adults and adolescents who struggle with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma-related symptoms, bipolar disorder, substance use disorders, and the complex overlap between medical and psychiatric concerns.

My practice is unique because I bring together psychiatry and family medicine under one roof. This allows me to look at symptoms in context—not in isolation—and to treat both the mind and the body with equal attention.
