Life can feel overwhelming at times. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, navigating a major life transition, feeling weighed down by relationships, or simply sensing that something needs to change, therapy can offer a place to slow down, gain perspective, and move forward with intention. My goal is to help women not just get through difficult times, but actively thrive.
I’ve been a psychologist in private practice for more than 24 years and have had the privilege of helping hundreds of women find relief, build resilience, make lasting changes, and thrive. I’m also the Founder and Director of Cognitive Therapy for Women, the first CBT group practice in New York City devoted exclusively to women’s mental health.
I never underestimate what it takes to change, but with the right support, it happens with more ease. Clients often describe me as a “straight shooter” who brings clarity, depth of experience, and a healthy dose of humor to the process of healing and personal growth.
