Practice Details

I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up authentically and explore the experiences, patterns, and relationships that shape your life. My approach is warm, relational, and engaged, while also being direct and clinically grounded. I aim to create a therapeutic environment where you feel supported in exploring difficult emotions, gaining insight, and developing meaningful strategies for change.

As a queer therapist, I especially enjoy working with queer individuals and couples, as well as clients exploring relationships outside of traditional structures, including non monogamy and polyamory. I work with clients navigating relationship challenges, intimacy and sexuality, emotional regulation, trauma, attachment patterns, identity exploration, communication, anxiety, self worth, and major life transitions.

My approach is primarily relational and psychodynamic, focusing on the underlying emotional and relational patterns that influence how you experience yourself and connect with others. I also integrate practical, skills based interventions to support emotional regulation, communication, conflict resolution, and healthier relationship patterns.

I am an active therapist in the room and believe therapy is a collaborative process. I will help you identify patterns, explore difficult questions, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships. My goal is to provide a space that feels both supportive and challenging, where you can build greater self awareness, strengthen your relationships, and move toward a life that feels more aligned with who you are.
