I’m Jillian Singer, LCSW, and I work with adults and couples throughout New York. Many of my clients are thoughtful, driven individuals who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in patterns of overthinking, navigating relationship conflict, coping with a breakup or divorce, or facing significant personal or professional transitions.
I specialize in treating anxiety disorders, OCD, panic, depression, and life transitions–including love, dating, marriage, divorce, parenthood and career changes. I also work with couples seeking to improve communication, rebuild trust, strengthen connection, or navigate early parenthood together.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based treatment. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), I help clients develop practical tools while gaining deeper insight into the patterns that may be keeping them stuck.
