Practice Details

I am an Asian American clinical psychologist in private practice, offering individual therapy to residents of New York, Connecticut, and Florida via telehealth. I specialize in helping my patients gain meaningful, long-term change through collaborative exploration of their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors alongside practical, goal-oriented interventions.

I received my doctorate in clinical psychology at the City University of New York and completed my predoctoral internship at Pace University. I later completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Harvard Medical School/Cambridge Health Alliance, focusing on individual therapy and psychological assessment. During my training, I have worked with children, young adults, and adults from diverse backgrounds in a variety of settings, including hospitals, community clinics, and university counseling centers. In addition to private practice, I am also a supervising psychologist for doctoral trainees and have presented at various training seminars.
