My goal is to create a supportive, collaborative, and judgment-free environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered in your treatment. I believe that effective psychiatric care goes beyond treating symptoms, it involves understanding the whole person, including your experiences, strengths, relationships, physical health, and life goals.

I use an evidence-based model & utilizes an integrative theoretical orientation, incorporating person-centered therapy, CBT, humanistic & interpersonal therapy, as well as non-pharmacologic, holistic approaches to symptom management. I am able to provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, & psychotherapy. I also speak fluent Tagalog.
