Practice Details

As a clinical psychologist with over a decade of experience, I provide psychodynamic psychotherapy for professionals navigating anxiety, depression, and the emotional toll of persistent stress. I offer telehealth sessions to clients across the United States, as well as in-person appointments in Darien, Connecticut. My clients describe me as warm, calm, observant, and direct. I work particularly well with highly sensitive, conscientious, and creative professionals across industries including technology, media, healthcare, and higher education.

I specialize in Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP), a focused, evidence-based approach that helps clients resolve unconscious emotional conflicts that often manifest as anxiety, depression, somatic symptoms, or interpersonal difficulties. By identifying habitual defenses, regulating anxiety, accessing core emotional experiences, and facilitating insight, ISTDP helps foster lasting psychological and relational change.

My qualifications include a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Syracuse University, an APA-accredited internship at the Albany Psychology Internship Consortium, postdoctoral training in Manhattan, a 3-year Core Training certified by the International Experiential Dynamic Therapy Association, as well as ongoing clinical consultation.
