I’m a bilingual New York State Licensed Mental Health Counselor who believes that therapy should be a space where you feel heard, understood, and accepted for who you are. My work is grounded in the belief that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to mental health, and that meaningful therapy begins with understanding your unique experiences, identity, and goals.
I received my M.Ed. and M.A. in Psychological Counseling, with a specialization in Bilingual/Latinx Mental Health Counseling Psychology, from Teachers College, Columbia University. Throughout my clinical experience, I have had the opportunity to work with people from diverse cultural, linguistic, and socioeconomic backgrounds, supporting clients as they navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, trauma-related experiences, and other challenges.
Whether you are going through a difficult transition, feeling stuck, trying to better understand yourself, or simply looking for support, therapy can be a place to slow down, gain perspective, and move forward. My goal is to create a genuine therapeutic relationship where you can feel safe being yourself and supported as you work toward the life you want.
