Your Practice

Many of my clients are navigating trauma, substance use, or dual diagnoses—and often feel weighed down by cycles of pain, anxiety, or disconnection. They may be searching for stability, healthier coping strategies, or deeper meaning in their lives. Some want to rebuild relationships; others want to feel safe(r) in their bodies; and many want to break free from old, self-sabotaging patterns. What they share is a desire for healing and growth, even if they’re not sure where to begin. My role is to create a safe, supportive space where those goals can be explored and achieved. I help clients regulate emotions, build resilience, and reconnect with themselves through a blend of evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, MI) and creative approaches like dance/movement therapy (DMT) and mindfulness (MBCT). My specialty is designing trauma-informed, body-centered interventions that foster healing, self-acceptance, and transformation. I know how overwhelming it can feel to face trauma, substance use, suicidal ideation, and emotional challenges on your own. But guess what? You don't have to! I bring empathy, lived experience, clinical training, and plenty of humor to walk alongside you on your journey. If you’re ready to make lemons into lemonade, I’d be honored to help you run your stand.
