I am a trauma-informed therapist with a strong foundation in community-based mental health, having worked extensively in WRAP programs and supporting unhoused transitional-aged youth across Los Angeles County. My clinical background includes serving as a primary therapist in residential treatment, specializing in supporting adolescent, female-identifying clients who have survived trauma. I later served as Clinical Director of a neurodivergent residential program at Ascend Healthcare and currently hold the role of Director of Clinical Operations, where I focus on developing systems and programming that enhance clinical care for adolescents and families. In my private practice, I work with women and families who are survivors of trauma, integrating EMDR, Emotionally Focused Family Therapy, and family systems–oriented interventions to support healing from intergenerational wounds. I provide virtual services to clients in CA, NY, and NJ, and offer in-person EMDR intensives in Los Angeles and NYC by agreement.
