I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in New York City and licensed in New Jersey and Florida (telehealth only). I offer virtual therapy for adults and older teens, specializing in supporting adoptees, those navigating identity and belonging, and anyone seeking therapy that’s culturally responsive and trauma-informed. I also offer consultation for parents of adoptees. As a transracial and intercountry adoptee, I bring both professional training and lived experience to my work. My personal story has shaped how I understand attachment, family systems, identity, and the many ways we learn to protect and reconnect with ourselves. I approach therapy with curiosity, creativity, and compassion, helping clients make sense of their experiences and move toward growth and healing. In addition to my private practice, I co-founded the Adoptee Wellness Collective, where we offer community & professional workshops and small groups centered on connection, identity, and healing.
