Do I have to be a TherapyHive member to book hourly offices?

Yes. Hourly offices are available exclusively to Bumblebee and Honeybee members. Membership ensures verified professionals use the space, ensuring privacy and professionalism in the suite. The Bumblebee Plan ($49/mo) and Honeybee Plan ($149/mo) both give you access to booking our hourly offices. The Honeybee Plan includes a virtual membership plus membership to The Hive. The Bumblebee Plan includes membership to The Hive.

Each booking requires a minimum of 2 hours. You can book sessions anytime between 7am and 9pm Monday-Friday. Saturday booking time is 8am-5:30pm. Sunday is not available for hourly office time. You can book up to two months in advance.

Unfortunately, we are no longer booking full-days and only have hourly offices available.

If you are a Bumblebee ($49/month) or Honeybee ($149/month) member, you can book an office up to 60 minutes before your start time. If you do not have an active membership plan, you will need to create an account, enter your license info and then book an office. You can book an office up to 2 months in advance.

Yes, you can book the office up to two (2) months in advance. If you don’t see the office you desire on the booking platform, that means it has been booked for that time. Try to adjust your time or day, if possible, to see if the availability changes.

Yes. Group practices with a Bumblebee or Honeybee Plan can book offices. You must notify [email protected] to provide your team members for booking access. They can book the space under your “team”. Please note that KISI access must be granted to each team member individually in order for them to enter and use the office.

TherapyHive offers a private, well-equipped workspace in a doorman-attended, landmarked building with keyless KISI entry, high-speed Wi-Fi, individually controlled A/C, dimmable lighting, and fully furnished offices. You’ll also find a spacious waiting area, a kitchen with complimentary coffee/tea, women’s and gender-inclusive restrooms, and robust noise-reducing construction — including acoustically sealed walls and doors plus white noise for added privacy.

Each booking requires a minimum of 2 hours. You can book longer sessions or multiple consecutive slots through our Nexudus platform.

Not for verification. Because TherapyHive owns the building address, only members with a private office (and their own office number) can use it for Google business verification. However, as a virtual office member (Carpenter Bee or Honeybee plan) you can include the address on your Google Business Page so it appears in search results and maps – that’s often all the visibility you need. If full Google verification is important, consider upgrading to a part-time or full-time office.

If you cancel before 48 hours you will receive a credit to use toward future bookings that is good for six months. If you cancel within 48 hours you will not receive a refund.

Sorry, even though you are a member of The Hive or the Carpenter Plan, it does not include access to hourly offices. You can change your membership to Bumblebee Plan or Honeybee Plan. Upgrading or downgrading your plan requires a 30 day notice. To make changes to your plan, To change your membership, log in to your account, go to “plans” and “change this plan” and choose the plan you want to switch to. This will send your request for approval. Changing your plan is treated like a cancellation since it requires a 30-day notice to process.
