Your membership includes a public-facing personal profile on The Hive directory where potential clients can find you and access to the therapist-only Discussion Forum. Search Therapist-to-therapist services to find your own support and an opportunity to list your services to other therapists and clients.
All four plans—The Hive, Bumblebee, Carpenter Bee, and Honeybee—include a listing in The Hive directory and access to the Discussion Board. If you have a part-time or full-time office in the TherapyHive Suite, it includes a listing on The Hive.
It does not. The Hive Membership provides a public-facing listing in the directory and Discussion Forum for therapists but no access to offices. If you would like to book an office, you can change your plan to Bumblebee Plan ($49) that includes The Hive and gives you access to hourly office bookings.
The Hive directory allows profiles for individual therapists and treatment facilities. If you want to highlight the unique skills of each therapist in your practice, you can create a listing for each therapist.
Same as an individual, just be sure to mark the treatment facility during your sign-up process. A personal name is required but will not show up on the profile listing.
To explore the directory and join the Discussion Boards, just log in to your TherapyHive account and click The Hive icon in the main menu. From there, you can easily connect with other therapists, advertise a group or event, and showcase your therapist-to-therapist services, such as supervision and join general and niche discussion groups. The process is the same if you’re using the app, click the people icon, to access the directory and discussion board.
The Hive is a public-facing directory that allows your profile to be seen by the public and potential patients. The Discussion Board is a private, therapist-only forum for collaboration, clinical discussions and cross referrals. You can join your own niche group, ask questions, and share ideas, advertise your groups or supervision services with other therapists in the Hive community.
We welcome new ideas for groups and sub-groups (ie, EFT therapy or neuropsych testing) for under discipline, treatment modalities and therapist-to-therapist services. If there is a group you’d like to start, just let us know. Admins can create new groups on the discussion boards.
Yes. Your personal contact information is kept private. Potential clients contact you by filling out a form. Clients and others can view your basic profile details and specialties, but your email and phone number are not publicly displayed.
If you want to showcase your supervision and group services in The Hive directory, select the “group” (under types of therapy) or “therapist-to-therapist services” when you create your profile. They appear on your profile and are searchable by other therapists and clients. You can also feel free to share your services in the discussion forum as well to alert other therapists of your services.
It’s okay to be ambivalent. The Hive is built for therapists at every stage of their career. If you have questions about how it works, our team is happy to help.
