TherapyHive began with a simple idea: spaces for mental health professionals should be thoughtfully designed and supportive.
We’re more than a workspace provider—we’re a community grounded in support and professionalism. Every office, and membership plan evolved from the needs of our members.

We’re more than a workspace provider—we’re a community grounded in support and professionalism. Every office, and membership plan evolved from the needs of our members.
Therapy relies on presence, focus, and trust. The space where that happens matters. We offer a built-in community, thoughtfully designed offices and flexible services that support private practice, so your attention stays where it belongs—with your clients.
From the street, the landmarked Croisic Building is classic New York—stone archways, a copper roof, and enduring charm. Inside, TherapyHive is a calm, and quiet reprieve designed for the way therapists work today.
Every feature is built to make your workday smoother, your practice more professional, and your time easier to manage.
TherapyHive gives you options that move with your practice. Whether you’re building your client base, returning to in-person sessions, or working hybrid, you’ll find space and tools designed around you.
Private practice doesn’t have to mean practicing alone. At TherapyHive, every member joins a supportive network of therapists and wellness professionals who share insight, encouragement, and opportunity.
You’ve built your practice around helping others – we’ve built TherapyHive around helping you do it your way.
Whether you’re in an office, online, or somewhere in between, this is space designed for how you really work.
Kathleen founded TherapyHive after years of working in uninspiring office suites and recognized how deeply physical space affects emotional well-being—for the patient and therapist alike.
She began her practice in 2001 in a stark hourly office. As her practice grew, she moved into a former kitchen in a West Village apartment building that had been converted into offices. Motivated to move out of the “kitchen”, she created warm, stylish, community-building environments for therapists like herself.
Since 2008, she has curated thoughtful, supportive spaces where clinicians can work and connect. Kathleen maintains her private practice while overseeing TherapyHive’s daily operations alongside Tai.
Tai manages multiple aspects of TherapyHive with professionalism, creativity, and ease. She has skillfully navigated many pivotal transitions in TherapyHive’s growth and continues to be a driving force behind the scenes.
A natural designer and tech-savvy problem solver, Tai combines organization with warmth — overseeing daily operations, supporting inquiries and welcoming new members, with grace and attention to detail. You can find her with coffee in hand buzzing about the TherapyHive Suite.
Finding the right space for therapy is hard—that’s why we built TherapyHive.
A place where therapists can feel grounded, connected, and confident, whether online or in-person. A place of calm when the city isn’t.
